Exhible

Google Workspace integration

The document you already wrote becomes an audio guide.

Connect Google Drive and pick your files. A Doc tells the story, a Sheet lists the facts: Exhible turns them into a multilingual audio guide that opens from a QR code and stays in step with what you write.

How it works

1 · Connect Google

A standard Google consent, from your Studio. Then you pick files in Google’s own picker: those are the only ones Exhible will ever be able to open.

2 · Docs and Sheets together

Your Doc’s headings become the guide’s chapters. Your Sheet’s rows become product cards, with specs taken from your columns — not invented.

3 · The guide stays alive

We check your files every six hours. When you really change the content we tell you, and you decide whether to update the guide.

The narrowest permission Google offers

Exhible uses the «drive.file» scope, which authorizes only the files you pick in Google’s own picker. That is not our promise: Google itself refuses any other file with an error. We do not ask — and will not ask — for full Drive access.

What we read

  • The text of the Docs you pick, headings and tables included
  • The rows of the Sheets you pick, with their headers
  • Nothing else: only the files you selected, one by one

What we never read

  • The rest of your Drive: folders, other files, history
  • Gmail, Calendar, Contacts
  • Files you stopped selecting

Questions

Do I have to retype my content into a form?

No, and that is the point. What you already have — a launch document, a price list in a Sheet — is the source. Update it and the guide notices.

Can I use several files together?

Yes, and it is the common case: a Doc telling the collection’s story and a Sheet listing models, sizes and colours. The script narrates, the cards list.

What happens to a long article?

It becomes a chaptered guide, following the headings you wrote. It is not truncated to fit a limit.

Can I revoke access?

Any time, from your Studio or from your Google account settings. Content already imported stays in the guide: it only loses the ability to update itself.
